Index of rigidity of differential equations and Euler characteristic of their spectral curves

We show a coincidence of index rigidity differential equations with irregular singularities on compact Riemann surface and Euler characteristic the associated spectral curves which are recently called curves. Also we present comparison local invariants, so Milnor formula links Komatsu–Malgrange irregularity number
